YCRLAW has a long tradition of utilizing its Summer Law Clerk program as a tool for recruiting top-quality Associates. We strive to provide Summer Law Clerks with broad-based, practical exposure to the law. The application and interview process for Summer Law Clerks begins during the previous September and the firm typically hires only Second Year law students.
Young Clement Rivers participates in On-Campus Interviews (OCI) at the University of South Carolina, Charleston School of Law and other selected schools in September/October, and students at these schools are encouraged to apply through the OCI process. Young Clement Rivers also conducts individual interviews in our Charleston office for applicants from other law schools throughout the country.
