  • 2020 Max Comp Rate

    Happy New Year!  As expected, the Commission has just announced that the maximum compensation rate will increase for 2020.  The maximum compensation rate will be $866.67.  This is a $20.93 increase from 2019, which is a pretty significant jump compared to the $7.53 increase from 2018 to 2019. Set your reserves accordingly!
