The advantage of a Charleston general practice law firm
According to the South Carolina Bar Association, there are approximately 13,000 lawyers in the state, all eager to meet your legal needs. But if you are seeking a highly qualified and competent attorney, you may wonder if you are better off choosing one from a general practice firm, or a smaller, more specialized boutique firm. While each has its advantages and disadvantages, depending upon your particular case, the firm of Young Clement Rivers, LLP is a general law practice in SC with the following benefits:
We can help with more than one legal issue.General practice in SC, by its very nature, allows us to serve clients who may be embroiled in more than one area of defense. Or, when legal matters with which they are concerned overlap, we are quickly able to provide complete and integrated counsel, as well as defense options that might be easily overlooked by a smaller, less well-rounded firm.
We have a broad range of experience and knowledge. When we craft a defense for your case, we do not look at only one aspect. We take into account all of your needs and the factors that may affect them. For instance, our knowledge of business and market conditions, on a local as well as a global level, can help you greatly in understanding the profound implications of any legal situations that you are in, as well as the best way to mount a defense on your behalf.
We have access to greater resources. A smaller firm simply may not have the clout or capability to gain access to the most current legal information and technology. Young Clement Rivers, LLP is a proud member of ALFA International, an association of elite law firms that allows us to access the most current and significant legal research available today. Whether it pertains to the most effective case strategies, how to utilize the testimony of expert witnesses, or the use of modern technology to pursue a case, we have what it takes to bring you the most effective representation.
