For the last several years, YCR has sponsored the Carolina Children’s Charity’s 8k Run which helps lowcountry children with disabilities and disabling diseases. This year the run will be held on September 25, 2010.

Rutledge Young, Chair of YCR’s Special Task Practice Group was one of the speakers at an ABOTA Masters in Jury Trial seminar put on by the American Board Of Trial Attorneys on May 6, 2010. He is a Diplomate in that organization, the highest rank given to an ABOTA trial lawyer. Carol Ervin, Jay Davis and Rutledge are all members of ABOTA.
