Robert Gruber practices in the area of workers’ compensation law. With a proclivity for legal complexity and detail, one area in which Robert concentrates involves chemical exposure and multiple litigant occupational disease claims. He is particularly experienced in handling claims arising from heavy metal exposure.
Robert graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Bar, the Order of the Barristers and the John Belton O’Neil Inn of Court. He is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Workers’ Compensation section, and he co-authored the article “Does South Carolina Have Jurisdiction to Enforce Georgia Custody Decree?” published in the South Carolina Trial Lawyer Bulletin, Spring 2000. Robert is a frequent speaker and organizer of workers’ compensation seminars.
