Robert L. Clement, Jr. is Of Counsel to Young Clement Rivers, LLP in corporate and business law. He is a past-certified mediator in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Clement served as a Municipal Court Judge for the City of Charleston for three years, is a past Chairman of the Charleston County Council, and has served as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Charleston and as a member of Charleston’s Planning and Zoning Commission. He was managing partner of Young Clement Rivers, LLP from 1965 to 1992, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

Early in his career Mr. Clement served as Judge Advocate for the U.S. Air Force, on active duty from 1953 to 1955 and later as Reserve Captain.
