Kevin W. Mims

Kevin W. Mims focuses his practice in the areas of construction law, products liability, and concurrent jurisdiction claims involving the Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Act and the South Carolina Worker’s Compensation Act. He holds a BV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest rating available for a lawyer with his number of years in practice. He is active in the South Carolina Bar, previously serving as the Ninth Circuit Representative of the Young Lawyer’s Division and on its Professional Development Committee.
