Joseph H. Farrell, III practices primarily with the Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Practice Group and the Community Association Law Practice Group at Young Clement Rivers, LLP. His practice is concentrated in general business law, community association law, and real estate law, with an emphasis on business entity selection, formation, and governance; commercial real estate; condominium law; contracts and contractual matters; homeowners’ and community associations; leases and leasing matters; restrictive covenants; and zoning and land use regulation.
While attending law school he received CALI awards in Alternate Dispute Resolution and Environmental Advocacy.
