Jeffrey J. Wiseman

Jeffrey J. Wiseman practices primarily in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Appeals, Insurance Coverage and Products Liability practice groups. While attending law school, Jeffrey served as the Managing Editor of the South Carolina Law Review, received CALI awards in Evidence, Constitutional Law and Products Liability, and was admitted as a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe and the Order of the Coif.

Additionally, Jeffrey is a former insurance adjuster and investigator who worked for several years investigating and adjusting all lines of insurance claims – ranging from homeowners and automobile to commercial lines claims. Jeffrey is still active in numerous insurance claims groups and often lectures on insurance claims handling, fraud and bad faith issues to those groups. This experience provides valuable insight to our many insurance clients.
