Caroline C. McIntosh focuses her practice on state and federal workers’ compensation laws, including concurrent jurisdiction claims arising under these laws. She is a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group and the Longshore and Harbor Workers practice group. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to The Honorable Jean Hoefer Toal, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of South Carolina. While attending law school, she clerked for the South Carolina House of Representatives Judiciary Committee and was an Articles Editor for the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal. Caroline is currently active on behalf of the firm in the South Carolina Self-Insurer’s Association.
