Benjamin A. Traywick practices primarily with the firm’s Trucking and Transportation Practice Group.

In addition to litigating disputes in state and federal courts, he enjoys active participation in the South Carolina Bar. His activities include:

  • Serving as a faculty member for the Bar’s Law School for Non-Lawyers program
  • Serving as the editor and chairman of the committee for the Young Lawyers Division’s lead publication, the South Carolina Young Lawyer
  • Completion of the Bar’s inaugural Leadership Academy class
  • Regular participation in the Bar’s Ask-A-Lawyer events

During law school, he received numerous CALI awards, served as a member of the student editorial board of the A.B.A. Real Property, Probate, and Trust Journal, and graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of Wig and Robe.
